About the Author:
Peter J. Sandys has a remarkable life story that informs his work. Born and raised in communist Hungary, he was imprisoned at 15 for attempting to escape the regime. After defecting to the West in 1972, he built a successful career in engineering and business management, working around the world for four decades. Sandys holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Budapest, an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, and a doctorate in international business from the University of California.
