Dr. Jeffrey Hogan is a United States Air Force veteran, educator, and father of three sons who bridges the generational divide with wisdom earned through experience. As a member of Generation X, he grew up as a latchkey kid navigating divorce, economic uncertainty, and rapid technological change. His military service, including deployment experiences, shaped his understanding of resilience, duty, and sacrifice.

Holding a PhD and drawing from careers in military service, academia, and business, Hogan brings a unique perspective to modern challenges facing young adults. He witnessed 9/11 as a young man, survived multiple economic downturns, and learned that true strength comes not from avoiding hardship but from facing it with courage and conviction.
