Tom Lewellen has spent the last forty years helping medium to large businesses invest in solutions to implement best-of-breed enterprise solutions to improve their businesses.  He has worked for AT&T, SAP, NCR and owned his own internet company.   Tom is the founder of CIVIL Governance, a center-focused think tank for independent public policy.  Tom was a CIVIL-sponsored candidate for Congress for CIVIL in AZ-6 in 2020.

Early in his political career, Tom worked for Jim Kolbe during his first campaign for Congress and ran for the State House in 1984.  He is the author of several books about improving government including Federalism 2.0 and Beating China in the 21^st Century.  He has written several books including Irreconcilable Differences and Federalism 2.0.
